Picking up on the subtleties in communication can help you understand you and others better. Communication style and behavior is usually repetitive; so, if you begin to listen and hear yourself and others you will begin to find information and clues as to who and how you and others communicate in this world. Listen for the unspoken and spoken word and see if they are in alignment.
