Over 1,000 people came out to the Art Museum & joined in for Living Beyond Breast Cancers' Annual Fundraising Event. We practiced yoga together to raise $$$ and awareness for breast cancer. It felt great to be part of a community which helps others deal with an issue that can be overwhelming.

Green is the new black! Although it is "in vogue" to "Get Green" once we inform ourselves as to the copious amounts of waste we create we may be more motivated to try & make a difference everyday! Since its initial inception there have been many people to create different types and forms of Qigong. The forms use the principles of: releasing all the tension in the body, clearing the mind, concentrating on the breath and channeling the energy along the pathways of our bodies.
