Healing is a process. When we do not accept we are hurt, injured or otherwise compromised there is a message we are missing. Whether we realize it or not an injury can say, " there are things that need to be attended to in your life." There is a process we must go through to get to that end. Hurt and healing are intertwined like yin and yang. Try to make yourself whole and embrace all parts of you perfect or imperfect.
