Part II of Qigong Series – Variety of Different Forms of Qigong

Since its initial inception there have been many people to create different types and forms of Qigong. The forms use the principles of: releasing all the tension in the body, clearing the mind, concentrating on the breath and channeling the energy along the pathways of our bodies. We will continue with Part III in our series in a month to review: How to Practice Correctly. Followed by, Development of Qi (Sept.) and Benefits of Practicing Qigong (Oct.).
